Campus Tours for Accepted Students

The Office of Undergraduate Admission is excited to welcome visitors to the Evergreen Campus for student-led and self-guided tours. Tours are offered Monday – Friday during the academic year, and select Saturdays. Reservations are required. For the health and safety of our campus community and guests, we’ve established new visitor policies and will be limiting tour capacity to ensure physical distancing. Additional campus tour opportunities will be added to the schedule as campus community restrictions permit.

Please note these visits only include campus tours. While we're not currently offering in-person information sessions, we encourage you to explore our virtual visit opportunities, where we'll continue to offer information sessions, interviews, and workshops with admission counselors. We hope to see you online soon! 
 

COVID-19 Regulations and Visitor Policies

  • For the safety and well-being of both our staff and guests, we are limiting all families to (2) members: the prospective student, and one (1) guest, and all campus tours to a maximum of 10 visitors (5 students and 5 guests).
  • All campus visits are limited to a maximum of one hour.
  • All guests are required to complete a COVID-19 Visitor Screening form before visiting campus. The COVID-19 Visitor Screening form will be emailed to you the day before your scheduled visit.
  • All staff and guests must maintain 6 feet of distance from non-family members.
  • All staff and guests must wear a face mask, covering the mouth and nose, for the duration of their time on campus, including while on tour. 
  • Guests are expected to sanitize their hands upon arrival to campus and before departure.
  • Guests should plan to reschedule their visit if anyone in the travelling party or household has tested positive for COVID-19, displays symptoms of COVID-19, or believes they have recently been exposed to COVID-19 two weeks prior to their scheduled visit.
  • Failure to abide by these regulations and visitor policies will lead to dismissal from campus.

Accepted Student Campus Tour

Congratulations on your acceptance to Loyola University Maryland! You and your guest will join a current student for a guided tour of the Evergreen campus. Campus tours last about 60 minutes. Self-guided tours are also available using a campus map that you can print or pick up from the admission office.

  • All students must register at least 24 hours in advance, using their Applicant Status Portal credentials.
  • If a parent/guardian would like to register for a visit option, please register using your student's name and information.
  • Use the calendar on this page to select a visit and register below. 
Please note that space is limited for our campus tours. If a visit is at capacity on the calendar, please consider registering for another visit opportunity. 
 

Self-Guided Campus Tour

Self-guided tours are also available for visiting families on select weekdays. Registration for self-guided campus tours is required. At the start of your scheduled visit, walking directions and a campus map will be provided at the Office of Undergraduate Admission.

Please note that due to current restrictions for the health and safety of our community and your family, these tours will not include access to campus buildings. Families will be welcome to explore campus for up to 60 minutes during this reserved appointment. Please review additional visit options for a guided campus tour led by a current Loyola student.
