During these sessions, you will hear from a member of Loyola's transfer admission team as they guide you through the next steps for accepted transfer students, introduce support systems and campus resources, and more. After a short presentation highlighting key information about university life, transferring your credits, and transitioning to Loyola, there will be additional time for questions.

Accepted Transfer Student Office Hours

Drop in for our transfer admission team’s office hours from 1-2 p.m. on select Thursdays. Whether you have a quick question about submitting your deposit, next steps, credit evaluations, or general inquiries about Loyola, we are here to help. We can also connect you with additional campus resources such as Financial Aid or Academic Advising if needed.

1-on-1 Online Meetings with a Transfer Counselor

Schedule a personalized one-on-one online meeting with one of our dedicated transfer counselors. These sessions are designed to address any questions or specific concerns you may have about transferring to Loyola. Whether you need detailed information about campus life, academic programs, support services, or any other aspect of the university, our transfer counselors are here to provide you with the individual attention and insights you need. This is your opportunity to get tailored advice and ensure you have all the information necessary to make an informed decision. For admitted transfer students, we can provide a general overview of how to interpret your credit evaluation.

Prospective Student Information Sessions

Offered on select weekdays, these sessions are designed for prospective transfer students. You will hear from a member of our transfer admission team who will discuss the transfer application process, academic and student life, internship opportunities, career outcomes, and the benefits of a Jesuit, liberal arts education at Loyola. Feel free to ask any questions you have about the admission process; however, individual credit evaluations will not be available during these sessions.
