While one of the most important components of a student’s college search is the campus visit, we also know how important college visits can be for school counselors—that's why we are happy to provide visit opportunities for both you and your students.
In September 2023, we are excited to welcome school counselors to campus during the Annual Conference for the National Association of College Admission Counselors (NACAC). We will provide a series of events for school counselors throughout the week starting Monday, September 18. Events will be available in the morning and afternoon. Pre-registration is required.
A complimentary shuttle will be provided for college counselors departing from the Pratt Street Lobby Entrance of the Baltimore Convention Center. Shuttles will depart approximately 45 minutes before the start of each event. Space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
During your visit you will learn about academics and student life, internship opportunities and career outcomes, the admission and financial aid process, and the benefits of a Jesuit, liberal arts education at Loyola. You will meet with members of our admission team and can join a current student for a guided tour of the Evergreen campus. Information sessions and campus tours will last between 60-90 minutes.

During the NACAC conference, we are not able to offer or advertise formal Information Sessions & Campus Tours. However, if you are planning to visit campus during the conference dates and would like to let us know your plans, please use the calendar on this page to select the date/time you plan to be on campus. This will assist us in ensuring admission representatives and student ambassadors are available during your visit.
During this event hosted by Loyola's President, Terrence M. Sawyer, J.D., you will join a current student for a walking tour of Loyola’s facilities – including residence halls, academic buildings, and dining areas. The tour will be followed by a cocktail hour & appetizer reception with our President and other University leadership where you can ask questions and learn more about Loyola's mission, values, and vision for the future.

This opportunity is perfect if you have recently visited the Evergreen Campus, but are looking for updates and news on all of the exciting things happening at Loyola University Maryland.
